Problems that needed to be fixed were fixed and the customer service was top notch. I had left an important thesaurus I needed for a test in my car. They went in my car, found it, and put it in a nice star collision bag and hid it for me so I could grab it after hours. Not only do I have a great working car, but I was able to do well on my test too! Thanks again for the wonderful service.
